Eligibility & fine print
For new FineDine AI customers whose restaurant opened in the last 6 months, on the Starter, Growth and Premium plans billed annually, for the first year. Subscriptions renew automatically without the discount unless cancelled. Monthly plans and Enterprise or custom pricing are not included. The opening date is verified; each business can use the offer once.
- Campaign Details
Under this campaign, FineDine offers restaurants that opened in the last 6 months 15% off the first year of an annual subscription plan when they sign up as new customers.
- Eligibility
The campaign applies to users who sign up to FineDine as new customers, purchase an annual plan, and whose restaurant officially opened no more than 6 months ago. The restaurant’s opening date must be verified. Existing users, monthly plans and customers on Enterprise or custom pricing are not eligible. This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign, discount or promotion running at the same time.
- Terms of Use
The 15% discount is applied automatically to the first annual fee paid at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled, under FineDine’s terms of use; renewals are billed without the campaign discount. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with any other benefit. No partial or full refund is made for the discount amount or the annual plan fee if the subscription is cancelled. All users who take part in the campaign are deemed to have accepted FineDine’s general terms of use and privacy policies.
- Scope and Limits
The campaign applies only to the annual subscription plans set by FineDine (Starter, Growth and Premium). Each business can benefit from this campaign only once. FineDine reserves the right to change the campaign’s scope, the plans included, their content and the benefits offered at any time.
- Commercial Use and Verification
FineDine reserves the right to verify the commercial activity of participating users and the opening date of their business. A business licence, tax certificate or similar official document may be requested for this verification. Campaign benefits may be revoked if misleading use, forged documents, abuse or improper use is detected.
- Right to Change and Cancel
FineDine reserves the right to change the campaign terms, pause the campaign or end it early. Campaign announcements are made through FineDine’s official channels (website, email notifications or digital channels).
