Eligibility & fine print
For FineDine AI members with an active annual subscription. The referred restaurant must not already be registered with FineDine and must subscribe to the Starter, Growth or Premium plan billed annually. Monthly plans and Enterprise or custom pricing are not included.
- Campaign Details
Under this campaign, when a FineDine member with an active annual subscription refers a new restaurant to FineDine and the referred restaurant subscribes to an annual plan, both the referrer and the referred restaurant receive 1 month of free use.
- Eligibility
The campaign applies to existing users with an active annual FineDine subscription. The referred restaurant must not already be registered with FineDine and must subscribe to one of the Starter, Growth or Premium plans billed annually. Monthly plans and customers on Enterprise or custom pricing are not eligible. Users cannot refer themselves or their own businesses. This campaign cannot be combined with any other campaign, discount or promotion running at the same time.
- Terms of Use
The 1 month of free use is added automatically to both parties’ annual subscription term once the referred restaurant starts its subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled, under FineDine’s terms of use. Free use earned cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with any other benefit. No partial or full refund is made for the free-use period or the subscription fee if the subscription is cancelled. All users who take part in the campaign are deemed to have accepted FineDine’s general terms of use and privacy policies.
- Scope and Limits
The campaign applies only to the annual subscription plans set by FineDine (Starter, Growth and Premium). A user can send an unlimited number of referrals; 1 month of free use is earned for each valid and approved referral. FineDine reserves the right to change the campaign’s scope, the plans included, their content and the benefits offered at any time.
- Commercial Use and Verification
FineDine reserves the right to verify the commercial activity of participating users and referred businesses. Campaign benefits may be revoked and the account may be suspended if misleading use, creation of fake accounts, abuse or improper use is detected.
- Right to Change and Cancel
FineDine reserves the right to change the campaign terms, pause the campaign or end it early. Campaign announcements are made through FineDine’s official channels (website, email notifications or digital channels).
